Rob is the founder and now President and CEO of Stallion Financial. He is an expert in tax, estate and corporate planning, delivering personalized service to each and every client as their Personal CFO (Chief Financial Officer). Rob leads the Stallion team with passion and commitment, building decades’ worth of strong relationships with his network.

With over 23 years’ experience in the industry, Robert’s financial services background includes experience in Auditing and Tax, Investment Planning and Financial Consulting. Choosing to specialize in the business owner market, Robert counsels clients on strategic investment and estate planning, alternative investments, corporate structure, shareholder agreements and risk management solutions.

Rob believes in the importance of family and enjoys spending time with his three children and wife. Rob is a dedicated cyclist, riding in support of building the new Humber River Hospital. In September 2018, Rob joined his fellow riders of Team Revolution to complete the Granfondo Peschiera Del Garda in Italy.

Andrea joined Stallion Wealth Management Inc. in September 2009 as a Wealth Advisor. He brings to Stallion over 15 years of experience in wealth management, specializing in the areas of planning, insurance/ risk management and investment management.

Andrea provides support to the team in all facets of the business. His primary responsibilities include managing daily operations, work flow, project oversight and team management. As well, Andrea focuses on counselling clients by utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach to develop comprehensive insurance and investment solutions. He is responsible for assisting in the creation and management of the Stallion Wealth Management Plan, portfolio construction and asset allocation. He also oversees investment and insurance product research, due diligence, medical and financial underwriting, and insurance case management. In his role of chief compliance officer, he manages regulatory compliance within the firm.

Prior to joining Stallion, Andrea worked in a variety of financial services roles at different financial firms.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours in Business Management and Marketing at York University – Joseph E. Atkinson faculty of Liberal and Professional studies. He has successfully completed the CSC course and is currently pursuing his CFP and CLU designation. He maintains his Mutual funds and Life & A&S insurance licenses.

Andrea loves to travel and spend time outdoors, hiking and playing sports. A health and fitness guru, he plays in men’s soccer league and keeps up to date with the latest in nutrition with his favourite blogs.

Nadia has provided bookkeeping and accounting services to Stallion since 2009. More recently, she has taken on the additional role of assisting the administrative team with back office processing as a key part of Stallion Financial.

Prior to joining Stallion, Nadia worked for a translation company after getting her Honours BA with a major in French from Glendon College.

Outside the office, Nadia loves to spend time with her husband and 3 children. She keeps busy “ubering” her kids, running a small photography business, and reading historical fiction.

Linda helped launch Stallion in 2009. Since then, she has been an integral part of the business in every aspect of processing and day-to day activities for Investments and Insurance.

Prior to joining Stallion, Linda worked with Stallion’s President & CEO, Robert Valenzano, for 10 years, when he was an advisor with IG Wealth Management.

In her spare time, Linda delights in gourmet cooking, gardening and spending time with her husband, three children and eight grandchildren.

Josie joined Stallion in 2011 as Rob’s Executive Assistant. She is responsible for maintaining his complex calendar, travel arrangements, correspondence, meeting planning and organization, and looking after related administrative duties, insurance and ad hoc projects.

Josie enjoys making sure that our clients are treated professionally and kindly; and that their business is taken care of accurately and in detail.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys reading, decorating, hiking and travelling with her family.

It Takes People to Build a Great Community

Community involvement is important to Stallion, both in terms of sharing time and money. We have raised funds for the Humber River Hospital and are active participants in the community as sponsors for local hockey and soccer teams. During the holiday season, the Stallion team contributes to the annual toy drive in support of Children’s Wish Foundation.
